This policy explains what is allowed and prohibited when using Ntekuma. It applies to all users, projects, uploads, and outputs. If local law is stricter than this policy, you must follow the law.

Prohibited content & activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Ntekuma:

Malicious software

  • Malware, viruses, or ransomware
  • Phishing pages or credential theft
  • Spyware or exploitation tools
  • Code designed to harm systems or users

Harmful content

  • Content promoting violence or terrorism
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Child exploitation material (CSAM)

Deception & fraud

  • Impersonation of individuals or organizations
  • Fraudulent schemes or scams
  • Misleading or deceptive content
  • Fake reviews or testimonials

Legal violations

  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Privacy violations
  • Illegal goods or services
  • Circumventing legal restrictions

Data handling requirements

You are responsible for the data you bring to Ntekuma:

  • Only upload data you have the right to use
  • Ensure lawful basis for any personal data you process
  • Avoid putting private keys, secrets, or sensitive credentials in prompts or project files (use AI settings for your OpenRouter key)

Output responsibility

AI outputs are automated and may contain errors. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all generated code before deployment
  • Testing outputs for security vulnerabilities
  • Validating content accuracy before publishing
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Platform integrity

Allowed

  • Normal platform usage
  • Automation compliant with your plan
  • Sharing public showcases

Not allowed

  • Bypassing rate limits or restrictions
  • Interfering with other users
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities
  • Reverse engineering the service

Enforcement

Violations may result in the following actions, depending on severity:

  • Warning
  • Content removal
  • Build suspension
  • Account restriction
  • Account termination
  • Legal referral

We may also preserve evidence as needed for safety or legal compliance.
