  • Code designed to harm systems or users

Harmful Content

  • Content promoting violence or terrorism
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Child exploitation material (CSAM)

Deception & Fraud

  • Impersonation of individuals or organizations
  • Fraudulent schemes or scams
  • Misleading or deceptive content
  • Fake reviews or testimonials

Legal Violations

  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Privacy violations
  • Illegal goods or services
  • Circumventing legal restrictions

Data Handling Requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Only upload data you have the right to use
  • Ensure lawful basis for any personal data you process
  • Avoid uploading private keys, secrets, or sensitive credentials

Output Responsibility

AI outputs are automated and may contain errors. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all generated code before deployment
  • Testing outputs for security vulnerabilities
  • Validating content accuracy before publishing
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Platform Integrity

Allowed

  • • API access within rate limits
  • • Automation compliant with your plan
  • • Sharing public showcases

Not Allowed

  • • Bypassing rate limits or restrictions
  • • Interfering with other users
  • • Exploiting vulnerabilities
  • • Reverse engineering the service

Enforcement

Violations may result in the following actions, depending on severity:

Report a Violation
