Terms of Use

Ntekuma is a workspace for generating software, media, and documents from prompts and uploads. Outputs are automated and may require review before use in production.

You must be legally able to use this service in your location. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the service to create or distribute illegal content, malware, harassment, or content that infringes on the rights of others. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.

You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs. You grant us permission to process your data to provide the service and to operate previews. You are responsible for verifying outputs before publishing or shipping.

We rely on third-party providers (for example, model APIs and payment processors). Their services may have separate terms. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third parties beyond our control.

Credits are used to run builds and generate outputs. Credits are non-transferable. We may adjust balances for refunds, chargebacks, or abuse prevention. See Billing & Credits for details.

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend accounts for violations or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for losses caused by reliance on automated outputs.
