Storyboard Studio Credits
Generate frame-by-frame storyboards with consistent characters, camera + lighting metadata per shot, and exports for downstream video tools. Credits are charged before generation starts and refunded if generation fails.

Example: A 5-scene screenplay with 20 shots and 4 characters costs approximately 31 credits (3 parse + 20×1 storyboard + 4×2 character refs). Exports are free. Credits are automatically refunded if generation fails.

Refunds & Chargebacks
If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the associated credits may be removed. If credits were already used, your balance may become negative and future builds may be blocked until resolved.
Taxes & Invoicing
Taxes may be applied based on your billing country and applicable laws. Invoices and receipts are available in your billing history. For business invoicing needs, contact billing@ntekuma.com.
Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support before initiating a dispute with your bank. We can review usage logs and resolve issues quickly. Email billing@ntekuma.com with your account email and transaction details.
