My Story

From burnout to balance — and helping others find the same.

Ten years ago I was a senior product manager running on cold brew, four hours of sleep, and willpower. My body finally pulled the emergency brake — adrenal fatigue, anxiety, and a relationship with food that wasn't working. The recovery took me deep into nutrition science, behaviour change, and somatic practices.

What I learned then is what I teach now: health isn't a hack, a meal plan, or a 30-day challenge. It's an ecosystem of small, daily decisions — and you don't have to do it alone.

Today, I run a small, focused coaching practice. I work with leaders, parents, creators, and anyone who's tired of feeling tired and is finally ready to do this differently.
