A certified health coach helps you make lasting lifestyle changes around nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and mindset. We don't diagnose or treat — we guide, educate, and partner with you on the habits and decisions that shape your daily health. Think personal trainer for your whole life.
Online sessions take place over Zoom (link sent on booking). You'll get a secure client portal with your plan, habit tracker, and resources. All you need is a phone or laptop and a quiet 30–60 minutes. Many clients prefer online for the privacy and the time it saves.
For most clients, weekly sessions for the first 4–6 weeks work best — it keeps momentum strong while we build foundations. After that, every 2 weeks is plenty for many people. We adjust together based on your goals and how things are going.
Yes — every plan is fully personalised. I don't use template diets or one-size-fits-all routines. We start from your real life: schedule, preferences, energy, sleep, history, and what you want to feel. The plan evolves with you, week to week.
Absolutely. Most group training sessions have beginner, intermediate and advanced variations. If you've never trained before, mention it at booking and I'll set you up with a starter modification path. There is no "level" required to start.
The free 30-minute consultation is a relaxed conversation. We'll talk about where you are, what you've tried, what you'd like to change, and what's gotten in the way. By the end you'll have a clearer picture of where to start — whether or not you decide to work with me long-term.
You can cancel or reschedule any session up to 24 hours before — no charge, no awkwardness. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the session credit, unless it's a genuine emergency. Life happens; we work it out.
I work alongside your healthcare team — not in place of them. If you have a medical condition or take medication, you'll continue to be guided by your doctor on those matters. My role is to support lifestyle, nutrition and behaviour change in a way that's safe and complementary.
Many clients use HSA/FSA accounts for health coaching — receipts are itemised for reimbursement. I don't currently bill insurance directly, but I'm happy to provide documentation for your provider if needed.
Most clients notice clear shifts in energy, sleep and mood within 2–4 weeks. Body composition and longer-term health changes follow over 8–12 weeks of consistent work. We track honestly and adjust as needed — you'll always know what's working.
